Material Apatite (Alpine Type) with Actinolite needles.
Origin Warsak, Mohmand Agency, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Pakistan.
Description

Lovely, single colourless transparent crystal of tabular Apatite with dark grayish green needly inclusions of actinolite.
This crystal is a classic example of those found in alpine type geological environments,- very different from the more blocky crystals found in pegmatites. These show the typical modified tabular hexagonal crystal habit remeniscent of the classic examples from the Swiss and Austrian Alps.
